Cancellation policy

All cancellation request must be made by email medexceluk@gmail.com

The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellation up to 28 days before the course - Full refund minus 10% admin charge
  • Cancellation between 28 to 14 Days before the course - 50% refund
  • Cancellation 14 days before the course - no refund.
  • Substitute delegates can be accepted at no additional fees. Please make the request by calling us.

We will do our best to deliver the programme as advertised, however occasionally the programme has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and if this is the case organisers reserve the right to change the content without prior notice.
