1. What is the Best Clinical Cases Awards Session?

A new and exciting feature of this AGM meeting, offering registered trainees and CESR aspirants the chance to submit their case reports and compete for the Best Case Report Prize.

2. Who can submit a case report?

Registered trainees (FY1, FY2, IMT, and ST) and CESR aspirants are eligible to compete in this session.

3. When is the closing date for submission?

The closing date for submission is August 15^th, 5 PM.

4. Where should I send my case report?

Email your case report to admin@medexceluk.com.

5. How should the abstract be written?

• Content: Brief summary without references or abbreviations.
• Length: Max 350 words (preferably under 250).
• Structure:
  • Background: Why this case is important.
  • Case Presentation: Clinical scenario and key details.
  • Conclusion: Lessons learned and impact.

6. What happens if my abstract is selected?

• Selected abstracts will be presented at the AGM meeting.
• Presenters will have 15minutes for their presentation + 3 minutes Q&A.
• Final power point Presentations must be submitted at-least 1 week in advance of the event.

7. What are the criteria for selection and awards?

Selection: The top 4 cases will be chosen in advance by the judges.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Originality of the case
• Case Management
• Presentation of learning points
• Overall impact

Announcement: Winners will be announced at the AGM.

8. Why should I present at the Clinical Case Sessions?

Presenting at the AGM in September 2025 allows you to showcase your work to a broad audience and be evaluated by esteemed judges.

9. How are the sessions organized?

• The sessions are interactive and moderated by experienced clinicians.
• They encourage audience participation, discussions, and challenges.

10. Will my case be featured if it’s not selected?

Yes! All case presentations will be featured in the AGM 2025 Knowledge Hub for 3 months.
